hi. I'm 30 weeks pregnant and having gallbladder pain. Idk what to do. Is there anything safe I can take? I can't get my gallbladder removed because I'm to far along in the pregnancy. I'm so stress. Any suggestions??

Feel your pain I had gallstones when I was pregnant last time, eat relatively plain food and stay away from fat you'll regret it if you get a full blown attack, I thought I was in preterm labour once!  Get that gallbladder out asap after baby is born, it ruined my first 7 months with my little one for me I was always in pain and ended up being seriously ill with pancreatitis.

Cutting out fats & sugar helps greatly. Drinking hot tea has been such a blessing to me. As long as I eat right the gallbladder treats me fine. If not, I'm fully aware of it. :(  there is a gallbladder diet that can save you a lot of hassle of guessing. I'm so sorry about your pain. Those of us that have gone through it have full sympathy. Feel better soon. ♡

No problem mama! Stay healthy and don't quit meat like dropping a hat. It takes progress always discuss with your ob first to avoid anemia and other problems. Happy pregnancy!

Thanks. I'm definitely going to drink more orange juice. I had told my doctor and she sent me to do an ultrasound but I didn't go cause at first the pain was rarely and lasted only a couple of minutes. And my other doctor said the baby's feet wore there so that's what could have cause the pain. But I have had the pain since Wednesday. It comes and goes.

They perscribed me Tylenol #3. Its completely safe or I drink tea. I'm 35+4 so I'm also trying to naturally induce contractions.  I drink orange juice also it helos break down the stone slowly but helps.  I'd talk to the dr but if pain is really unbearable go to er not LnD. Tell them about the pain and they will do a ultrasound of your gallbladder to see if there is stones and if it blocking anything.

I have gallstones. The best thing to do, DONT STRESS!. it makes it hurt more. And go to your ob for a gastroentrologist referral.  And don't eat spicy or super fat foods its terrible pain when you do /:
