I have the same on the right side.also 20 weeks.. drs recomended I got my own bp monitor to keep and eye on it whilst at home (got one for £50 but they do come much cheaper) .. alls fone so no worries... when they start to intifere with my ability to function normally, or lights hurt I take 500mg of parasetomal and this always relieves it fairly quickly... drs gave me some co codimal but i prefer to use something whthout caffine hence why i use parasetmol instead (perfectly safe for bby)
Natural sugars also help.. bananas or strawberrys are the best

Hope this helps...

If you're drinking caffeine, I would stop as that may be the cause. Also if you're not taking a vitamin you should start. I was getting headaches because of my low iron levels

I agree that it is hormones, bit I would ask your OB. If you are getting them quite frequently, or they affect your vision or ability to do every day things, they could be migraines.

Could be hormones.  Talk to your OB about it. I got migraines my last pregnancy.  I had to take reglan. It lasted 1/2 through my 2nd trimester.
