heating pads
So I work on my feet all day and by the time I get home I'm exhausted and my back and feet are already starting to hurt so my fiancé bought me a heating pad to sleep with I read it was ok and then later read it could cause birth defects do any of you ladies know if it's ok to relax or sleep with a heat pad on my lower back?
I use icy hot it works pretty good
I Relax with a heat pad on my back all the time. I'm now 38 weeks along with a perfectly healthy baby girl. I wouldn't suggest sleeping with it though as you can't monitor the temperature or anything when you're sleeping. More of a safety risk than anything
