Pressure, pain, and discomfort while sitting down

Hi mommies , so lately I've had a lot of pressure and discomfort and some pain when I'm sitting down.  I can sit normally anymore. I'm only 32 weeks is this normal? What's going on?!?!? Anyone else know why? Is it the babies weight or the baby himself? Isn't it to early for him to have dropped?

I just bounce on my yoga ball or take a warm bath. That's usually all that helps ease the pain. Thank you. Good luck to you as well!

No problem, if you are super concerned ask your ob next time you go in :)

I will definitely but usually my Dr says its normal and won't even give me any peace of mind or tell me why its happening or how to ease the pain you know. I find more help from you lovely ladies. Thanks and good luck!

It's probably a little bit of lightening or your hips spreading making way for baby to eventually move down into your pelvis. Some babies engage and disengage in the pelvis several times before finally dropping and staying in the pelvis :)
