Then your mom has an evil streak hon and I'm sorry about that.  CPS can be called by anyone and they may open up an investigation but when someone is leading a solid life like you and your boyfriend, they just close the case and move on.  It's nothing to fear.  If you were doing things that would jeopardize having your baby stay with you . . .   then CPS is a legit threat but she is just blowing steam.  She can't make up things. . .   well, she can.  But CPS needs proof.  So, don't worry about her.  

She does sound very selfish and toxic though and that is really hard when it is your mom acting that way.  Hang in there.  Glad you found a good man to be with.

Of your mom calls cps and they find nothing wrong in your household I would definitely press harrassment charges cps is nothing to mess around with and they are a pain in the *** so if she is calling cps because she is unhappy of what you do that has nothing to do with your child then that's harrassment. ..

No me and my boy friend get along really good. And no drugs and we live in a good house. And my mother is like this because  I get soul scetiey  money. And she gets mad when I dint give her any money when she have money of her own for doing texas

If someone does drugs, isn't providing a safe home life, there is fighting between the mom and dad---  CPS can get involved.  Not sure why your mom is so opposed to your boyfriend----  hopefully that stuff isn't going on.  good luck
