Are honey smacks okay to eat at least one time ive been craving them so bad

Ive been craving frosted shredded wheat.  Cereal is cereal, nothing bad about cereal!!  Eat away!!  Now runny eggs,  raw fish or meat....yeah that's not so good because of bacteria that could harm baby, cereal is ok, no bacteria!!  :-)
