Ufff i weight 200 && know i weight lyke ah about 237 idk how :(
Really the best thing is to only eat when you are hungry. That's what I have been doing and I am 33 weeks pregnant. Also it helps to watch what you eat. Now I am not saying that you can't eat a piece of cake, but when you go to look for a snack, eat something with some protein so that way you won't be hungry again in the next hour or so. But ask your doctor, he or she will tell you what you need to do and what's best.
Im overweight but my dr has never said anything to me about how much i should or should not gain. Im 174 now and 13 weeks. It makes me so nervous!
Depends on what your doctor tells you. My prepregnancy weight was 278, by the time I was 15 almost 16 weeks I weighed 244 and now at 32 almost 33 weeks I weigh 250. The weight I've been gaining is all baby. Just eat healthy and walk or do other forms of exercise. My doctor doesn't want me gaining anymore weight and if I do he only wants me gaining about 5 more.
For overweight its 15-25. If you are obese, then it is 11-20. I'm overweight and at 32 weeks and I've gained 9 lbs. I'm always nauseated or hardly ever hungry.
So far I'm only 26 weeks and I've already gained about 30 pounds. I think that's about 10lbs over weight. With my first child I gained 60lbs throughout my whole pregnancy so I've been trying really hard to maintain it this time around but it's difficult since I feel hungry all the time. Also, your amount of normal weight gain depends on your pre-pregnancy weight. Like if your a larger woman then your not supposed to gain as much, but if your smaller then your supposed to gain more. I think as long as baby is healthy then I'll just worry about the weight after he or she is born.
My weight is normal and I'm 22 weeks I've gained 12 pounds. Your doctor will tell you how much you should gain. I'm suppose to gain 25-35 pounds.
