advice please

Hi all ive tried my group but not getting a reply id just like some advice.
Im 11 weeks with bubba no 2 and this time round im finding it hard. This is my second day now that I've had a terrible headache feel very drained and if I get up I feel dizzy I've also been sick I have a 4 year old and he's being great but I have things to do and can't lay on the sofa for a second day. I've taken paracetamol but its not helped at all Im looking for some advice please as I also have school runs to do from tomorrow thank you

Thank you very much im so glad of this app it's so helpful I would've been at the hospital for an emergency appointment by now I am going to rest today and see my gp tomorrow thank you all for your advice :)

Aw sorry you're having a tough time, I've been through it too. Still not 100% at 16+3. I would just say rest when possible, get a good night's sleep, eat little and often to keep strength up, energy foods like bananas if you can stomach them and keep hydrated. Ive had the odd berocca now and then for a pick me up on the bad days which helped. Just have to be careful if taking prenatal vitamins as berocca has high levels of B,C and D. On the occasional day I had a berocca I missed my vitamin. Hope you feel better soon :)

I never had any sickness but try getting up slowly nd drink ginger ale talk to doctor/nurse

Thank you Emily I just want to get things done my boyfriend is very understanding which is good I think I'll go to the doctors tomorrow

At the start I also had that and it went when I went into my second trimester, if your concerned mention it to your doctor though!
