What does Prenatal multivitamin helps ?
Read the ingredient list. I was taking those thinking it was great. Then I read about too much fortified vitamin A. We eat it in all kinds of cereals already and you shouldn't have over 4000 IU (so the article said) of the man made kind. I got worried so I switched back to the horse pill kind because it's straight beta carotene.
For sure! Walmart has two different kinds, one I found to be absolutely disgusting (everyone is different) but there is another bottle, it is like 8 dollars, and has like four different flavors, they're amazing! Smell and taste just like gummies, they are seriously great when it comes to taking something every day. Also, for iron pills, I don't know if you have a Target, or even if Walmart has them which they may I never looked, but I ended up quitting the prescription iron ride and went into Target and got some. There is like 180 if not more, and it was 7 dollars.
Just a little input (:
Make sure you take iron pills
They are but they don't have iron so take iron pills that happened to me now I have anemia
Of course. They say prenatal. Wouldn't be on the label if it wasn't good or safe for pregnant women to take. I actually take the gummy kind. Way easier to take then the horse pills the doc usually gives.
