Headache

I am about 5 weeks does anyone know what I can take for this awful headache I have

I'm am 2 weeks pregnant and I went for a ultrasound and the tech didn't see a sac or heartbeat with my hcg levels being at 433 I'm worried tremendously is this normal in pregancy. I have 4 kids two in which are twins so I'm not new to pregnancy but wen finding out I was pregnant with my othe4 children I was further along. Please help

Water drinking cafeen can hurt the baby in the first trimester and obgyn do say you can take tylonal but in the first trimester it can hurt the baby

Ice pack on my head helped me. Lot's of water and sometimes nothing will help :( but try to rest.

My doctor told me to drink water caffeine and medication is not recommended in the first trimester
