milk supply
I just had my baby on Friday and I've noticed my milk supply is very different on each side. This morning I fed her for about 10 min each side then I pumped and managed to get 5oz out of one side but only 1oz the other side. Can anybody suggest something to help get the other side producing the same amount?
I was told by multiple people that it really does work.
Does it taste good? I got two sample packs from the hospital but didn't know if it would really do anything or what it taste decent enough to drink it all.

Thanks. I been trying that all day and only let her nurse from the fuller side when I'm extremely full. Hopefully it won't take long to adjust.
Pump or let her feed from that side more. When your body sees there is a demand then the supply increases. Keep at it mommy
