You dont have to just sit and wait espec if your in bad pain...no way. Also when you bleed it is said as a threatened miscarriage it doesnt always mean you have they might be able to help to prevent it. Same thing happened when i was two weeks preg i rang 111. And they said go straight to a and e. Do the same dont wait

It's the most awful pain. They said all I can do is wait it out. I'm almost 5 weeks. She said to just take something for the pain and rest.

Im sorry youre having a miscarriage, I know how it feels as I miscarried at 9 weeks before this pregnancy. I remember feeling uncomfortable in the middle of abdominen and thought it was due to my jeans being tight and when I got home I saw I was bleeding. It scared me and I went hospital and thy told me it seemed like I was having a miscarriage because when they checked my pee it was pink. The doctor told me to go home and just wait it out and take pain killers. When I got back home the pain got worse. It was like a period but worse and I cud feel big clots comming out. I was in pain and felt dizzy and out of it until the actual embryo or foetus came out. It was definatly not like labour pains more like period cramps but worse.

It's bright red. I just called and talked to the nurse she said she thinks it is. She said if the pain gets worse to go into the er.

Its normal to feel cramps during pregnancy its because your uterus is expanding

Ok sweetie take a deep breath.
How heavy is your bleeding? Bright red or brown?
I am going to tell you my miscarriage story not to freak you out but to tell you what happened to me.

I was 8 weeks pregnant and went to the bathroom. I wasn't cramping but wiped and saw brown spotting. It was my first pregnancy and I went to the ER. They did a cervix check and set an ultrasound up. Within 4 hours of being admitted my light brown spotting turned into bright red hemorrhaging. The pain I felt was like the worst period cramps of my life. The ultrasound confirmed I had miscarried.
There are many reasons why you could be spotting and feeling cramps other than miscarriage.  Go to the ER. They will see you and either confirm that you are miscarrying or tell you it is implantion bleeding/cramping.
Good luck
