miscarriage

I should be going for my 13week scan today instead im sitting here feeling like a part of me has died....
I went for a scan on monday with very light bleeding done scan they couldnt find no heart beat my sac was the size it should be 12weeks and the baby was the size of a 5week. They believe I am miscarriaging. .. I have to go back in 2weeks for 2nd scan, have any body been thought this and the baby was ok and the found a heartbeat?

If your baby was the size of 5 weeks there is more chance you were 5 weeks pregnant. In most cases the heart starts beating in week 6 and that could be a reason they could not find it in the first place and booked you for another scan in 2 weeks :) so head up everythong will be fine! I had a subchorionic hemmorage and they thought the same for me but as long as your baby sac is still stached then it's okay the heart could be hard to find in the beginning. Have faith all will be well

Friend has a similar situation. Something was wrong with the placenta and the heartbeat was abnormal. She prayed a lot about it. She was put on bed rest and has a beautiful and healthy 3 year old now. Will pray for you!
