concerned :(

I am 6 weeks + 3 days preg and experiencing brown discharge/spotting for about 2 and a half days. Its only there after I wipe, but seems to have alot more after I wake up in the morning and use the bathroom. My first u/s appointment is next weekend. This is baby #2 I remember having spotting for not even a day with my son... Is this normal or should I be worried? I've read other posts and google links saying If it turned into heavy red blood and experienced cramping to call a doctor asap but So frustrating, I don't know what is going on! Is this normal ? Anybody with some reassuring advice would help!

Thanks for your advice girls rang midwife at birthing unit @ my local hospital.. she seems to think its perfectly normal but if im concerned to contact my gp, another thing she said is what will be will be at this early in gestation there would be nothing a doctor midwife or anyone could do for me. I guess ill just see how I go tomorrow and if its worse ill ask for a earlier scan. Fingers crossed everything is ok :)

This is your second pregnancy. Not one pregnancy is going to be the same,I think yuu should think positive.  If yuu think bad , bad will happen. Of course let yur doctor now.but as in panicking when I'm pretty sure this is wat it is.  My first son died, an it doesn't sound like tht. . I'm a pray for yall

Hey I'm 5 weeks and I a been experiencing the exact thing. With my first pregnancy I had no problems but they say every pregnancy is different. I was spotting  for 4 days without any cramping and it just spotted Monday. I was so nervous and got a lot of different responses from the net and that made my nerves even worst. my best advice to you is to rest and try to relax until your appointment. My best wishes are for you and I hope everything will be okay for the both of us
