I'm 30weeks today and for the last month or two when I would get up or move my legs to fast to roll over in bed my pelvic area would pop and its painful. Is that normal ? Its never happened to me before

I have bread problems with my hips snapping on top of other hip problems for years....there is a clinical name for it but it's called snapping hip syndrome, it's caused by an extremely tight IT band inn your leg that snaps against your hip bone when you move....it can cause swelling and a little pain but alone it shouldn't be that painful!! It might be caused by pregnancy, but can be normal for some people!! Good luck ladies

I've always had this problem. My daughter got startled in the womb every time my hips would pop and my son does now too. I always feel bad. But if I don't pop them they hurt.
