It helps your spine and organs get back into place after baby. Not necessary but helpful.

This is my first baby... Are those something that is usually needed? I didn't know to plan for that. Just to hold loose skin in? Or is there a medical benefit as well?

I plan to this time, I didn't with my first. I'm going with Squeem. It's a bit pricey but it's made with rubber rather than elastic so it doesn't bunch or roll up if you sit down or move. I'm excited to try it.

I'm asking hubby for the bellefit one. My hospital only provides the medical grade one to women that have c-sections. Bellefit is expensive, but the reviews are amazing. I would be open to cheaper version too, still researching.

I so plan on wearing one but the hospital I'm going to provides them. I'm not sure the brand. They're expensive but I've heard BellyFit are really good!
