You need to find a prenatal vitamin. And the gummies don't have iron in them. And you need the iron. I was taking regular prenatal vitamins and i didn't like them, i switched to gummies for a few months. The dr just called to ask me if I'm taking prenatals, i said yes, she then asked if they were the gummies, i replied with yes. And she told me i need to go back to the regular ones because they have iron and gummies dont. And she told me my labs say I'm anemic. I never been anemic before. So i switched back to the regular ones. She also said I could keep taking the gummies instead but i would need to get iron vitamines.
I don't know about the women's multi vitamin but with my previous pregnancies I couldn't tolerate prenatals so my Dr told me to take Flintstones kids vitamins
I found myself in the same bout.. but it's being a bit of a month that I stopped not that I suggest but I don't think it's a big of a deal... it make me sick constipated bloated too so I just did it
Thanks ladies! My cousin suggested Flintstones too. Maybe I'll try that. Anything is better than the huge horse pills lmao.
Fred meyer has prenatal gummies they are good. They are called Vitafusion PreNatal
I was taking the vita fusion gummed but they were making me sick so my Dr had me switch to Flintstones kids, I take the gummies and my Dr said those are fine to take
The Flintstones vitamins are definitely the way to go if you cant tolerate the prenatal vitamins!
I take the gummy prenatal vitamins and iron pills separate. My doctor told me that was just fine. You can find them at Walgreens or walmart.
I take NW prenatals, and the pills arent that huge. I also take extra magnesium and iron supplement since there is no magnesium in these prenatals and im really anemic so i need more iron. My doctor said magnesium is good for muscles and it helps with ligament pain and any cramps.
