Advice please.....

I'm getting a bit concerned. I have had a head ache across my forehead for the past week, on and off, but never the less there. I've tried all sorts of remedies. The doc has suggested taking panadol every 4-6 hrs, but im not to keen ton taking that much panadol as one dose didn't help....
Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thank you :)

I had a headache a few weeks ago that lasted 4 days and finally went to the er and found out I was dehydrated

You could try an ice pack on your forehead and tynole. I wish I could help more but I use to get those headaches as a life guard from dehydration and too much sun. By husband would get my headache medicine, water, and a cold rag or ice pack under a towel.
