If she is breastfed the end it is normal for her to go up to 10 days without pooping. Only if her belly feels hard then she may be constipated and putting a lubricated tip of the q tip in her bum will help. Like when you take her temperature.
My son went days without going when he first came home. I was told to out kayro dark syrup in with his bottle. Tsp at a time. It does work. May take a frw feedings though. Turns out he just didnt go for a few days at a time. Just how his body worked. Good luck.
When this happened to us we called the emergency nurse hotline and they told us to use vaseline on a cotton swab and pock the baby's butt and it help him 100%
One of the best new mommy tricks for constipation is to lay her/him on their back, rub the belly gently, and do "bicycle movements" with her legs, it helps get everything moving, but you may be there a while if its bad constipation.
Use karol syrup with her formula or your breast milk not to much she will go by morning
My baby use to get constipated. Give her water and when she starts pushing lay her on your lap and hold her legs in the air to give her some help pushing. .I hope the helps3
I would take her to the doctor straight away hun, they should be able to give you something, shes obviously in pain...i would just give her cooled boiled water for now but no formula til you see a doctor
Okay and I've also done the bicycles and massaging her belly
