Try taking them before you go to sleep at night. It helped me with nausea

From what I know folic acid is very important as it helps the baby with brain development. You can find this in small pills. As for the other vitamins you can take it from food, vegetables and fruits.

I went through the same thing. My doctor told me to just buy the yummy Flintstone gummies & Ive been perfect ever since. I'm not a pill taker & I refuse liquid medicine ever since I was little. So these really helped me (:

Why don't you try the gummy vitamins, I had the same problem with my prenatal pills, couldn't keep them down till my doc recommended me the gummy vitamins, hopefully that helps

Try a liquid prenatal. I use one that I found at a local health food store, but it's available on Amazon as well. I think the brand is "Buried Treasure".

I was given a sample of prenatals from my doctor that included vitamin b's. It is suppose to help with nausea. Also , make sure you eat! I never threw up from pregnancy but did a few times due to not eating enough before my prenatal.

Make sure you eat when you take them. Or you might want to try taking them at night.
