Okay so I havent been taking my prenatal vitamins at all lately because they're pretty huge and When I take them they feel like theyre stuck in my throat. So when I eat like 10 min after i throw up all my food. So I just stopped taking them. It won't harm the baby will it?

The prenatals are for your baby too, not just you. I take vitafusion prenatal gummies and they sell them all over and taste like candy basically.

You can go to Walgreen's or your local pharmacy and buy gummy prenatal vitamins.  Yessss they do exist

You need to have a certain amount of folate or folic acid. This is major need to protect against neural defects. Most of the other things are to replace your nutrients, because the baby takes it.

Suggestion.  Take two kids chewable gummy vitamins. Its the equivalent of the prenatal.  Mine are stinky so I have to not breathe when I take them.

When my doctor gave me prenatal pills, she said if i couldnt keep them down then to just buy Flintstones gummy vitamins and take those instead. :)

Well, my doctor told me that they are for the mom because babies basically suck all the vitamins and nutrients from you so if you aren't taking them, there isn't much going to your baby. Tell your doctor that they are bothering you and they will prescribe you a different kind. When I was early in my pregnancy they were making me super sick so my doctor prescribed me a different kind that was more gental and easier on my stomach and now that I'm not getting sick all the time I went back. I wouldn't suggest not taking them but I do suggest telling your doctor because they can get you a smaller form of it if not liquid

I would check with your doctor to see if there is a liquid form of taking prenatals cause I asked mine for a smaller pill and they told me it's a one size pill
