yes it is, unless you're advised otherwise by your dr. or midwife. if your up for it go for. i had the best sex in my life during my first trimester. the increase blood flow to your vagina and increase sensitivity was amazing, even my husband noticed the difference. start slow and listen to your body if it doesnt feel good stop obviously. But again everything ive read or heard is that in a normal and healthy pregnancy an active sex life is a good thing. :)
