seriously?!

Ok so my doctor scheduled me an appointment with a perinatal specialist for my 18 week ultrasound. Today I found out that it's scheduled for November 19th :( I'll be 22+ weeks then... ugh doesn't seem too important if they schedule it over a month out.

Now my doctor is worried about gestational diabetes because 3 separate times I had a lot of glucose in my urine...I'm 17 weeks and 3 days and he wants my glucose test done this week and again at 24-26 weeks...I'm so over bad news

As far as I know it was to determine the sex of the baby and monitor a cyst on my left ovary but that's it...I tried to move it up but they didn't have any openings :( I just had my hopes up for an "18 WEEK" ultrasound

Um, you should be able to schedule your own appointment with the Perinatalgist.  What is it for? If it is for your 2nd trimester screening then as long as your seeing the Peri by the cut off then it is fine.
