I like to take a pretty cotton button up robe / house coat to wear during and after labor. Makes for a better picture of mommy and baby. And labor pics. Also, I get a nice baby book at Hallmark and bring it for the foot and hand prints. My own pillow. Baby's first outfit, something special. Maybe headphones to help you sleep.
Or underwear! Haha but seriously, dont!
Do not forget the lip balm, and the maternity pads
Go on your Hospital website and they should have a list mine do.
O yeah I also brought my own favorite pillow and blanket. Yes the hospital provides them but I found I was more comfortable and relaxed with mine.
A book or some other kind of activities for any down time. If there's any.
Lip chap was a must have for me! And snacks especially if you end up having a baby in the middle of the night and have to wait for the kitchen at the hospital to open! Cash for vending machines, parking and food(if not provided). Camera!!
Hi ladies:) I read here somewhere about having a footprint book? Can someone elaborate? Ftm here.
Agree with babyElijah15 except with the pillow, blanket and tooth brush only for husband..pillows and blankets have been usually provided by the hospital with my3 kids..just don't forget the car seat ,i think that's the most important!!
Snacks for after birth they will come in handy
Phone charger, hair care products, tooth brush and paste, pillow, blanket, deodorant, slippers, robe, husbands clothes and anything he will need, makeup, thats all i can think of off the top of my head
