If I have a bad cough and a really stuffed nose what can I do?? Since I'm not suppose to take medicine.

If your really sick. You need to go to the doctor. There is medicine they can give you while pregnant that will get you feeling much better. I had the same thing last week and the doc gave me z-pak tabs for cough and Sudafed for sinuses. You can take mucinex that really works if you don't wanna go to Dr.

I also heard you can take Robitussin for your symptom. But i am a natural remedy chick. I just took vitamin c pills 4 a day to build immunity. It took about a week and a half to overcome it. I did use halls and tylenol for the headache tho i had when i got sick.

Im not sure what you can take for a cough maybe try warm decaf tea with honey and lemon just to sooth. For stuffy nose and congestion my Dr said I can take sudafed but not the stuff on the shelf you have to get it from the pharmacy.  I didn't have to have a prescription but the safe for pregnancy sudafed is stored behind the counter.
