sore butt :-(

So, just by the title you know it's going to be tmi but I'm pretty sure we are all use to it now...

My butt is so sore!  I'm now 36 weeks pregnant.  My bm's have increased to 3 or 4 a day!  Now my bum hurts so badly.   I've put some baking soda in the tub with warm water and soaked, tried A cool cloth on it and tried Vaseline.

My bum feels like it's on fire.  My bm's haven't been hard but actually a bit more soft.

Any advice?

Also I use Epsom salt in my baths for swelling and soreness. Supposed to be good for you during pregnancy.

Baking soda isn't great to use I'm told because of the peroxide. I use tucks wipes. My bms are more frequent and soft now too and I'm 34 weeks. Ironic thing is my hemorrhoids get worse when they're soft. Tucks has natural cooling ingredients and really help me. Otherwise I feel like I'm on fire down there too. Tucks can be found by the hemorrhoid treatments at the store. I'm told they're also very good for post delivery on a sore V.
