spasm/cramp

For the last month or so every time I sit down, stand up, or turn to quickly I "pull a cramp" in my lower abdomen. I didn't have this problem with my daughter 4.5 years ago. I'm 13 weeks pregnant with my second child so it's like everything is new all over again. There's a lot of differences with this one that I didn't have with my daughter. Yes I understand that not 2 pregnancies are the same like this one I have to be on an antidepressant to control the mood swings. I guess I'm just trying to see is this normal

Yes, i cramp every night, my doctor did a ultrasound and everything was fine and I'm 11weeks so this can be normal...just let the doctor check also.
