I've eaten spicy foods my entire pregnancy. You know what gives me heartburn? Dairy products like milk or ice cream, lol. Eat what you want as long as you're balancing the junk food with good food.

Its not the spice factor thats bad its the artificial coloring/flavors/preservatives that are bad. Its up to you though. The key is moderation. I craved hot cheetos really bad when i was 8 weeks but i felt guilty for putting that highly processed junk in my babys body.

Spicy food will not hurt baby. It may give you indigestion, but it's fine. I would avoid eating a lot of junk food, but feeding a craving every now and then won't hurt.

All it might do is give you heartburn. I still put hot sauce on everything.
It's nice that's your guy is looking out for you and baby, but you can eat hot stuff.

Eat what you like as long as its not on the 'no go' list.. For example sushi with raw fish or mayonnaise thats has raw eggs, pasturised egg is fine, mayo on the shelves of supermarkets is ok to eat.. Look up what you can and can not eat x
