preeclampsia... I'm scared.

Was hospitalized and now on home bed rest with my 3rd child.  Blood pressure is all over the map.  I'm almost 33 weeks.  Worried about both me and my precious baby.  Need encouragement, please!

I have a book written by a midwife that recommends eating 12 to 15 servings of protein daily to reverse pre-eclampsia. When it's back under control, eat 8 servings each day.  (Do you like eggs?) It couldn't hurt to give it a try.

I had it with my son and I got it around the same time and delivered at 36 weeks just take it easy try not to eat salt as that will hold your water more and rest with your feet up and don't steer that will land you in the hospital like I was. Good luck

Worrying will only make it worse! Get your feet up, grab a book or watch something mind numbing (nothing too exciting) and try to relax! Mine always levels out after time spent on the sofa resting or paying attention to bubs movements.
