Epsom salt soak. Or keep your feet up past your hips. Dealing with the same problem here :)

Epson salt bath helps.  My gynae told me a few weeks ago to take slow release magnesium before bed to help me sleep and also for cramps and I have eaten a banana every day of my pregnancy. It doesn't stop it but it has helped a lot. My husband sometimes rubs my legs and feet too.
Hope you get some relief.

Damn, how far along are you girls? I'm 29 weeks and starting to feel like I might swell up.  Would just like to know about when it starts incase it does happen to me.

I hope I don't swell up. I honestly feel like I'm so weak already as it is.
