I take that as well. Except my ob said not to take it during either of my pregnancies. It hasn't been thoroughly studied and it releases a chemical that our brains produce and its unknown whether it would affect the baby. That's just what i was told. I miss melatonin though. I used to take it every night.

Movement wise every baby is different. With my first my son moved nonstop. And i mean non stop. Lol. He was extremely active. Im now 28weeks with my daughter and she is so lazy. She doesn't move nearly as much as her brother did. I feel her periodically throughout the day. She moves around alot about 4 different times throughout the day. And right before i go to sleep she gets situated. I know babies at our stage tend to sleep more.
