this add is Nothing to do with pregnancy

Hello ladies, this add is nothing to do with pregnancy but I've added it because I needed some opinions .
I have a son who's nearly 5 and he has his dad's surname. We broke up when my baby was 2 mons and never got in touch with him again. Now I'm married to since Jan 2014 (1yr) and we've known each other since my baby was 1 year and 2 mons (July 2011)
He wants to adopt my baby boy we already have the form that social services got it ready to go court today
Now the big question is .. what surname should I give my child after they make an decision because the court said to think and give a clear answer by then.
He said he doesn't mind and it's really up to me we have a daughter on the way due in 2 weeks which totally she's going to have his surname unfortunately we can't put both surname mine and his so for her we give his surname.
what about my boy andrei ? I'm confused obviously you never know in this life that's going to be right?! Please ladies some advice?

If he is adopting your son I'd give him the same last name as him. He will be considered his dad for every legal purpose so why not give him his dads name? I'm assuming you changed your last name when you got married. So if you don't change it your son will be the only one in the family with a different last name. My dad adopted me when I was 5 and I was given his last name. They asked if I wanted to have the same last name as them and of course I did since I wanted to feel like I was a part of the family and not be different
