I used to wrk at our county office, you first complete an application either online or in person. They will ask all info, social, income, everything. It does take a while. Then you will be able to talk to a worker and most the time they're very helpful with all questions
Do they also help for income based apts?
I'm collecting food stamps right now, and it's helping my husband and I since we can't afford healthy food. So it's a huge help that I have that on top of WIC. In my state, you can receive cash aide after being 6months pregnant if you or your partner are still unemployed and not making enough to support yourselves.
Thats what i wanna do the cash aid thing, im planning on getting wic pretty soon i didnt know you could also get food stamps if you're getting wic thats awsome! But i wanna know how can you apply for cash aid and i heard by being on welfare they can help you for income based apts or section 8 i been trying to look for some info but i dont find any
