Does anyone else have headaches during the 2nd trimester?

I am now 14 weeks. I have been experiencing headaches since about 8 weeks.  Every time I go to the doctor they confirm the baby is fine as well as myself.  No hypertension, no glucose issues, no cholesterol issues. So what could be causing these headaches.  The physicians I work closely with are stump as well.

Omg I live with a headache ever since I hit 13 weeks I'm 18 weeks now. I try to drink extra but the only thing that eases it is Tylenol and laying down as much as possible to relax my neck. Idk what causes them and my doc says my baby is fine as well
