Just make sure only 12 oz fish a week. No raw fish or shusi (cooked only). Red meats make sure cooked throughly.... no pink or red steak/hamburgers.
You are allowed 200mg of caffeine a day so no need to avoid everything with caffeine, you probably eat things with a small amount of caffeine and you don't even know like some chocolates and some soft drinks even flavored milks can contain it. I personally don't avoid anything and my babies and I are happy and healthy :)
Soft cheeses you should avoid like brie. You should avoid anything with caffeine, don't drink chamomile tea, don't eat too much sugar... nuts are really good for the baby so are fruits
Pretty normal not to feel sick not every one does. Also stay away from shellfish I would say that is one of the main ones to avoid.
Im also about 7 weeks along and i haven't had any sickness. Just a loss of appetite. I figured i would be getting sick by now. Is that normal?
