I love cooking. This week I've been so tired and yucky feeling. My boyfriend cooks but I wouldn't call it edible. Lol he tried though. And I appreciate his sensitivity about me feeling horrible. I have tons of recipes. I just need a food topic and I can send recipes. Most of mine are quick fixes.

ingredients red bell pepper onion parsley tablespoon mayo 4 tablespoons cream cheese half cup shredded parmesan cheese shredded 2 can crab meat 4 large boneless skinless chicken breast flour breadcrumbs egg seasonings. I cut up and dice about 1/4 the bell pepper the onion & a hand full of parsley sauteed in skillet with about a tablespoon butter 1 /2teaspoon salt and pepper then mix the sauteed with the crab meat 4 tablespoons cream cheese 1 tablespoon mayo 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded 1/2 cup bread crumbs mix together makes a paste split chicken breast the long way half way through and season as normal I use salt pepper onion powder & garlic powder I make a egg dip out of 2 eggs and a little water & I lightly season it eggs are bland next I dip the split chicken breast in egg wash then then flour then bread crumbs like an assembly line.. deep fry and strain with strainer or paper towels oven at 350 stuff chicken with crab mixture and bake 10 min you can garnish with parsley & parmesan cheese if you like ,wish we could post pics ...happy eating:D
I made homemade chicken and dressing, mashed taters and corn. With gravy and cranberry sauce.
