Braxton Hicks should just be uncomfortable and its completely normal! That's how you can tell if it's real contractions, they will start becoming painful rather than uncomfortable.

If you are having Braxton Hicks they should not be painful if that is what you are asking. If they are painful then you need to contact your doc
