I work for WIC. Each State is different but you should have received a card or booklet with a complete list of all allowed & not allowed foods. They may also have them listed on their website or Facebook page.
I always get Langers because that's what the wic store gives me. It's not only juicy juice
We can only get juicy juice which I love the apple juice. Cereal is kind of funny it's hard to figure out sometimes.
I found out the brand name of the juices I receive. The brand is called Langers
Sorry I forgot to mention to juices. I forgot the brand name
I have wic. I don't really go to the grocery stores to get the food. Where I live they have special stores only from wic and they give you everything you need. But the other day when I used the milk with cereals they gave me 1 big box of kix cereal and 1 normal sized box of general mills of mini wheats
They usually give you a paper of what you are able to get with wic if not they help you in the store and also they have labels above the food that is WIC approved
It's all the basic flavors here...cereals that are high in fiber with little to no sugar and only single flavor juices. For example you can't get cran-apple juice you can only get cranberry OR apple juice and it has to be 100% juice and the right amount of ounces or less...never more.
Cheerios, special k, oatmeal, malt o meal and the stuff previous poster said, right now they only give me 48oz of juice, they have different flavors...
when you go into a store they usually have a sign that says wic approved

Low sugared cereal like kiks and regular frosted mini wheats and for juice you can get the 64 oz bottles like grape apple things like that or the little frozen ones hope that helps a little bit haha
