I am now 9 weeks and 4 days but just got my results back from my ultrasound where i was 7 weeks. and i had internal bleeding inside my uterus.. has this happened to anyone before. my doctor shook it off.. but i couldnt help.but burst into tears.. this is my 6th baby and ive never heard of this before. i havent bleed at all during the pregnancy vaginally and i have to wait till my 12 week scan to know if its still happening.. Im freaking out!! the techinal term is a subchorionic haematoma..

I have that currently too for 2 weeks I have been spotting brown, my ob put me on bedrest. They told me with rest that my body should absorb the blood or it will pass. They are doing weekly ultrasounds to monitor. It is very scary, but most I hear clear up but you do want to be careful of strainous activities and being on your feet too much. My Dr said working on your feet all day or much activity can cause hematoma to affect the baby and cause miscarriage. So take it easy and hang in there. Hope your scans turn out ok!

My sister had that. Most times it just goes away. My sister is now 30 weeks and the bleed has dissapeared.
