I'm not exactly thin, I've had weight issues but I've recently been trying to eat healthy. I'm not huge though. If it's something with my change of diet, like becoming a vegetarian, will my period come back if I go back to not being a vegetarian? I'm sorry I'm asking so many questions but this is the first time my period has not come since I first got it back when I was 12, so I'm deffinitley thinking it was something with becoming a vegetarian this month. Thank you so much for answering!
If you've never had sex, you're not pregnant.
Girls your age often have irregular periods. It's usually nothing to worry about.
Are you thin? That can cause irregular periods.
And yes, becoming a vegetarian can affect your periods. Changes in nutrition/or lack of adequate nutrition can cause cessation of periods.
