While highly unlikely, the possibility does exist. Pre-ejaculate fluid does not usually contain any sperm, and if so the sperm is dead. However, small amounts of sperm can flow between pre-ejaculation and ejaculation. Statistically speaking this would be extremely rare, but not impossible.
