6th c-section, 13 weeks and not seen by dr yet

I am at least 13 weeks pregnant with what will be my 6th c-section (none of it planned. I WAS done at 5:) and due to circumstances, I am uninsured. This means I have gone these 3 months still without being seen by a professional. I am in the process of getting insured thru the state (unfortunately) but it could still be a few weeks until that goes thru. Does anyone know if I should be worried? Will i have difficulty finding a dr who will take me when Im this far along? The whole situation has gone wrong at so many turns and I am getting very worried.
