Ok I'm freaking #3 on the way? or 3 and 4?

ok so this past week I've had brown tinged CM and a little spotting (AF not due til next Monday) and well I've been having alot of other things going on......(I'm on the patch and not TTC)  well I've been hungry as a horse and eating everything that gets in my way....I've been having killer heartburn,  my back's been hurting and my shoulder (could be anything) my sinuses have been crazy (always been a tale tell sign for me)  but to top it all off my feet have been swelling my toes looked like little sausages last night....I mean I would love another baby or two and DH really isn't all into the idea any time soon or maybe not at all for that matter....but I'm to scared to test I mean what if it's pos or what if neg.....I mean I kinda got my hopes up that it could be BFP if it's BFN I'll be crushed but DH would feel better.....so what would yall do??? Test or wait for Af?

I'm actually a POAS aholic too but this time I'm just to freaked and I'm actually getting a blood test so it should pick up any tiny bit of HCG I'm out of here in 45 minutes so hoping for news by 6:30  yikes

i am also bad at waiting!  i like to know everything - good or bad.  I probably wait until Monday when AF is due just to be on safe side that i dont get a negative while I tested too soon....but I totally get wanting to test now.

I know I just kept saying it was just in my head but when DH noticed me eating alot and be tired and complaining about my legs and back and he saw my sausage toes lol he told me to get a test today so I'm going to the lab in 4 hours.....I just keep telling myself it's all in my head....maybe that way I won't be upset either way ...

well not only do I want to know but if I am it's crutial I get back on my meds so as I don't MC.....I have a clotting disorder that I have to be on baby asprin 3 x a day and I also take Metformin and Prednisone and I would need prometrium for the first 2-3 weeks.....

well I called my DR and he wants me to come in for blood work he said if I am I need to get back on my meds asap

i'd test. i'd go crazy waiting to see if af shows up or not.
