just found out im pregnant with my 3rd bby i went to dr and they did a vaginal ultrasound but he didnt see anything i did 3 home test and one office test they all came out positive is it too early to tell he told me im about 3 or 4 weeks pregnant
If the tests came back positive, you should be pregnant. They also should be able to see something....what did the doctor say about not being able to see anything on the ultrasound?
