I'm 19 weeks and also only feel movement on the left side from baby B. Baby A is head down and smooshed by her sister so I'm assuming that's why I dont feel her much!
One of my twins has anterior placenta and the movement is not as strong and I do not feel her moving very often. With my first pregnancy I did not feel any movement till 18 weeks which is normal.
When I was pregnant with mine, I hardly ever felt baby A move. He was so far down and baby B pretty much sat on top of him, so it restricted him moving. He always checked out perfectly at ultrasounds!
I'm 26w1d with twins, and sometimes i only feel movement in one area as well, but i also know that they change position a lot. I wouldn't worry at all. How often do you get ultrasounds? I get them every two weeks and every time both my little monkeys are very active, but sometimes it's hard to tell without seeing them.
