pregnant with twins, need some answers..

I am seven weeks and three days pregnant with twins. I went to get an ultrasound a few days ago and one of the babies heart beat was slower than the other which is very scary. I hear if that happens one could be a girl and one could be a boy? But anyways is there some things I could do to make this baby stronger?

Thank you! I had no idea. I was very tired and super nauseated. but I found out when I had my first ultrasound. It was so shocking but now I'm 15 weeks and they're doing great and I feel better.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
HI,
Individually one of the babies cannot be made stronger. However you can stick to a healthy diet and take prenatal medications which will definitely help. Also progestins may be taken in consultation with your Doctor and some amount of rest will also help. Hope this helps.
Take care and good luck.
