I'm sorry you also feal with that she has spent time also in the hospital from throwinf up so much I pray everything goes well for you what are the twins?
I am not pregnant with triplets just twins but I can say that my nausea has been that bad just till a few weeks ago. I drank jamba juice and high amounts of protien shakes to help my twins. I was in the hospital for a month due to morning sickness being so bad. I can surely feel for her I know that she is having a difficult time. I hope that for her sake that it gets better and she is able to keep food down, My twins are measuring 10oz apart and a week apart just about as I get further along they get closer in weight. I ate alot of cold protien that helped me keep it down. I still get sick with nausea but not as bad. I wish her the luck and healthy babies. I know that it will get better for her
Yes she does drink janba juice with protein she is limited to being on her feet 30 min a day and I'm sure eventually she won't even be able to do that but it will all be worth it in the end
She might could keep down a smoothy with a protein supplement in it. I drank a strawberry/lime smoothy with a scoop of whey or soy throughout much of my pregnancy.
cold meat stays down better
when mt discrepency reached 20% they said stop all activity - the lower placenta was not getting enough oxygen for baby
Thank u she has recently started drinking ensure and eating protein bars she has such a hard time keeping anything down at least all heartbeats are still strong her regular ob told her not to worry it was the specialist who said she was concerned we just keep praying
Triplets are different than twins, but with this pregnancy mine have been a little over 8oz apart at one point. They have since grown closer in size. One thing that I recommend for the protein if she can keep liquids down is ensure plus. It has 350 calories in a small amount of drink that tastes pretty good. I've tried chocolate and strawberry. Strawberry tastes best to me. It has a good amount of protein and iron along with a lot of other good nutrients. I actually had these recommended by someone who specialized in multiple pregnancies and said it'd be good to drink 2-3 a day, especially if you can't eat what you need. Also, drinking lots of water is also key for the babies. 12-16 glasses a day if she can handle it. I hope all goes well with your daughter and babies!
