I have this slight pain in my upper left side...I dont know if its associated w/ pregnancy or not because I dont if I am or not...however, if I am I would suspect to be about 6-8 weeks...so could this be that pain I feel?

Slight pains could mean various things.  Depending on your cycle, it could mean ovulation, implantation or early signs of your period.  If you have fertility challenges, pains can result from ovarian cyst(s), fibroids, etc.

My advice would be to take a home pregnancy test with first morning urine.  Whether positive or negative, you should visit your obgyn in the coming weeks for treatment.
