after an episiotomy please help? and having stretch marks

Hi all.
I gave birth 4 weeks ago tomorrow to our little boy Elliott.
I was 13days late and was induced.I had abit of a tough time with it his head was side ways so they had to cut me and have a ventouse attached to his head then he was finally born 9lb 8oz.
I just want to no if any 1 new how exactly an episiotomy is sewn up, I'm sure the doctor said that they sew up my actual vaginal hole aswell but I wasn't sure for definite as I was very tired and had drugs in my system.
I was just wondering if anyone new for definite??? I've looked in a mirror and it doesn't look like my hole is there(sorry don't no how else to explain it)
Also I've got quite a lot of stretch marks on my bum and thighs and right under my belly button the ones under my belly button are bothering me the most as they look horrible, I've been using coco butter and bio oil but just want them to go away I didn't have any marks until I was over 40weeks pregnant and there really getting to me, does anyone no if using these will work? Xx

Oh my goodness, I have had sooo much trouble with my scar from a 4th Degree. It hurts during sex at times, and sometimes bleeds after sex. I had my first episiotomy with my first baby. It was horrible! I got an infection from it, even from the salt baths and using the blow drier to keep everything dry. I was very sick with it. Now I have scar tissue there, I can feel it when I run a finger over the area. I had 3 more kids after my first, and every time I need a few stitches, which adds to more scarring :( Oh well things we do for our babies :). I have been trying an oil to try and keep the scar tissue supple. I hope it works.

I had a 4th degree tear and episiotomy with my oldest (10lbs), 3rd degree and episiotomy with second (8.6lbs), and 4th degree and episiotomy with the third (10lbs)...... they dont sew your vagina completly shut (it just kinda looks like that for awhile, until all the swelling and redness goes away) they stitch tog the skin from anus up to vagina and then and then around your vagina leaving what looks like a very small hole. I found a website with a little more details..

check it out
