I had a subchorionic bleed and bled up until almost 16 weeks of pregnancy, I am also pregnant with twins.  The doctor never said anything about it seperating the placenta from one of the babies, my gosh how scary.  Did he recommend anything to you or was that just it and that's all he said?  I hope the bleed just goes away on its own.  Did he happen to say how big the bleed is?  If its small maybe it won't be a problem, mine was pretty big.  I am so sorry for your news.

Yeesh, I hate the ER sometimes.  I'm glad your going to call your ob tomorrow-do it first thing!  The ER never really seems to say much or act like they care.  Good luck, I hope everything works out good for you

I think you should wait and see what your ob tells you. I don't like the ER's. If you see my u/s you can see at the left top there is a dark spot... my ob said that was bleeding. Is that what yours looked like?
